Leading Sholto's portfolio this month is a recent poster design he made for a well-known West of England arts and music festival. The drawing depicts a popular street in the festival town.

If you're not already familiar with it, Sholto's portfolio demonstrates a broad range of work from pithy cartoons to sophisticated illustrations and drawings. All the work reflects the energetic and frequently witty approach he brings to every brief.

Sholto combines Illustrator and Photoshop with traditional ink drawing. He has found his vigourous line work gives him an opportunity to produce illustrations for his clients which give great scope for expressing ideas.
