Projekt U5

Berlin agency Roemer Wildberger ask Jonathan Allardyce to create a series of characters for the building fence of Projekt U5 in Mitte, Berlin.

Jonathan's authentic people illustrations appear on the largest display area in the capital - a massive 6 km long and 2m high in the centre of Mitte. He says "Hundreds of thousands of motorists, pedestrians, tourists and commuters pass by every day. The fence gives information about Projekt U5 in friendly Berlin dialogues – how it is built, when it will be completed and, above all, how it connects everyone together."
