Learn to Liken

Working for Strength of Youth Magazine, Gail Armstrong applies her talents to a piece on engaging young people in scripture.

Gail's paper illustration is for an article on empathy entitled 'Learn To Liken', which suggests ways in which to engage young adults in scripture, so that they can relate to, and learn from the ancient texts.

The optical illusion is a simple yet powerful visual, requiring the reader to take another look, and one that complements the gesture of the article of learned wisdom.
